Booking appointments

Due to being a one person owner operator, booking ahead is advised to avoid disappointment as I do get heavily booked in advance.

Please be courteous when making a booking as last minute changes or no shows can be detrimental to small business, by not allowing sufficinet time to refill the appointment.

A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment time. This will be deducted from the total amount on the day or held as a deposit for your next appointment when rebooking. However Skin & Body Lounge reserve the right to hold this deposit/forfeit gift vouchers in the event of regular consecutive cancellations or rescheduling to cover appointment costs.

Cancellation Policy

Our time as yours is precious. I will always respect your time please respect mine.

You will receive a courtesy SMS text confirming your app 48hr prior. Due to running costs of the salon and to provide enough time to fill your appointment we kindly require a minimum of 2 full work days notice during salon business opening hours to cancel or reschedule. When cancellations are changed later than this we simply don’t have enough time to reallocate this appointment and you will be charged a late cancellation time. No further times will be offered if fees have not been met.

No shows will not be tolerated and full payment will apply.

What if I’m late?

Full treatment booking costs will still apply.
