Appointments are required at all times, a walk in service is not available due to being a home salon experience.
Should you need to pick up a gift voucher or product please text or call prior to arrange a time.
Cancellation Policy
Our time, as is yours is precious.
You will receive a courtesy SMS text confirming your appointment 48 hours prior. Due to running costs of the salon and out of consideration for other clients we kindly require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments or a cancellation fee will apply.
What if I am late?
Our schedule is planned to coordinate and allow the correct time for each service, so you will enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will only lessen your time spent with us.
